Description

The quick-maturing kohlrabi for crisp, mild bulbs. ‘Early White Vienna’ forms smooth, pale-green globes above the soil line, with tender, juicy flesh that’s mildly sweet and reminiscent of apple and turnip. The flavor is best when harvested young, around 2–3 inches across.

Compact plants grow 10–12 inches tall and thrive in cool weather, maturing in just 50–60 days. Both leaves and bulbs are edible.
