The Canadian heirloom of smooth texture and golden taste. ‘Laurentian’ produces globe-shaped roots with purple crowns and creamy yellow flesh that’s fine-grained, sweet, and mild. The flavor improves with frost, developing a buttery depth ideal for roasting or mashing.

Plants mature in about 100 days and store exceptionally well. Uniform roots and strong tops make harvest easy and consistent.

Bred in Quebec in the 1930s, ‘Laurentian’ remains the northern standard for flavor and quality—a root built for cold climates and long winters.
