The pasta of the garden world. ‘Spaghetti Squash’ produces oval, yellow fruits filled with strands of golden flesh that separate into tender “noodles” when cooked. The flavor is mild and slightly nutty, pairing beautifully with savory sauces or herbs.

Vines are vigorous and high-yielding, with fruits maturing in about 90 days and storing well into winter. Each squash averages 3–5 pounds.
