Black Beauty Eggplant
Black Beauty Eggplant produce large purplish-black fruits, weighing up to 2lbs each. They are delicious
breaded, fried, stuffed, or grilled in Asian stir-fries. Each plant can produce 4-6 large fruits when watered well
and harvested consistently. Black Beauty Eggplant thrives in warm weather and will not tolerate frost. In
colder climates, start indoors 8-10 weeks before last frost date. They are easy to grow, and keep well. Harvest
when the fruits are glossy, before the skin dulls.
