Provider Bush Beans

    Originally introduced to the seed market in 1965 by Dr. Hoffman of the U.S. Vegetable Laboratory in South Carolina.

    The Provider bush bean is an excellent choice for those who would like to start planting a little earlier as this bean does well in cooler soils. The Provider produces vigorous plants that are adaptive to poor weather conditions. It will produce an early and heavy yield that will keep providing throughout the season so as long as beans are routinely harvested. Pods are uniformed straight and green. 

    Stringless bean that is resistant to mosaic virus and powdery mildew. One of the most dependable beans on the market. Excellent for canning.
