Turkey Craw Pole beans was originally collected from the Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee region. Its beautiful fleck or over spray pattern is a characteristic found in many indigenous beans of the Ohio Valley. American stories report that it was originally found in the craw of a turkey. Up to 6" stringless pods that are excellent for eating as snap or dry beans. Pole habitat, matures between 80-100 days. Minimum of 25 beans a packet.
