Orders Cannot Be Changed Once Placed

Occasionally, You May Order An Item That Is Out Of Stock Due To Demand. If This Occurs, You Will Be Refunded For The Item And Your Order Will Be Shipped. 

U.S.A./Domestic Shipping

 

FREE SHIPPING on online orders $100 or more, within the Contiguous United States only. Orders will ship via the best method as selected by Alliance of Native Seedkeepers. Free shipping may not include items such as tools and gifts.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout. 

SHIPPING TIME In stock orders will ship out every Monday and Friday. For quickest turnaround time order online by noon Monday or Friday. There is no special rush delivery or exceptions. Occasionally, there may be delays due to increased demand. If this occurs, your order may be processed the following days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once order is prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER Once your order is received, please open immediately and inspect for any damage. Please compare the contents with your invoice and make note of any missing items. Notify us immediately of any missing items or damage. Do not discard any damaged items or shipping materials as it may be required by postal for inspection. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If you discover your package was lost or stolen, contact us within 2 weeks of placing order. Refunds are not issued for packages lost after being delivered to the address you provided. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS Refunds may be available up to 30 days after receiving order. Items must be unopened and undamaged in new-like original packaging.

DUTIES AND TAXES Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

International Shipping

Although we make every attempt at the Alliance of Native Seedkeepers to research the import regulations of every country in the world, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to research and adhere to the agricultural import regulations specific to the country of importation. At this time due to capacity limitations, the Alliance of Native Seedkeepers cannot provide a phytosanitary certificate. We hope to make this option available in the near future as we acquire more team members.
