Description

The Tiny Tim Tomato is a compact, early-maturing micro dwarf variety perfect for container gardens, patios, and indoor growing. Maturing in just 50–60 days, this determinate tomato reaches only 12–18 inches tall, yet produces impressive clusters of ½–¾ inch bright red cherry fruits with classic garden sweetness and a pleasant tang.

Despite its small stature, Tiny Tim delivers big flavor—balanced, juicy, and fresh, ideal for snacking, salads, and garnishes. Fruits have thin skins and firm texture, holding well on the vine and after harvest. Its compact habit makes it an excellent choice for windowsill or balcony gardens, where space is limited but yield is still a priority.

Plants are self-supporting and bushy, requiring no staking, and perform beautifully in 4–6 inch pots or small containers with quality potting mix. Provide full sun or strong grow lights, consistent moisture, and light feeding for best results.

Originally introduced in the 1940s by the University of New Hampshire, the Tiny Tim Micro Tomato remains a beloved classic—compact, productive, and flavorful, bringing the joy of fresh homegrown tomatoes to even the smallest of spaces.
