"This sauce is a true, flavor-forward, truly hot sauce! It is our personal favorite in our kitchen. This sauce starts with fermented Carolina Reaper mash, which we get from ferment mastermind and great friend Phil Ellis. The love Phil puts into his ferments really shines in this sauce. This sauce combines sweet and heat by using honey and raspberries to help soften the blow of the Carolina Reaper punch. It has a wonderful sweet and spicy taste that should be used across the board on anything you want to add some true heat to.

Try this on: chicken, eggs, sandwiches, tacos, nachos, ribs, wild game, chili, BBQ.

Ingredients: Carolina Reaper, raspberries, habanero chili peppers, honey, xanthan gum.
