This beautiful red-hot sauce is made in the Louisiana style with just a slight twist. The garlic really shines in this sauce. We use red habaneros grown in the Dominican Republic for this sauce. The habaneros are well-blended using pickled vinegar combined with white vinegar and spices to complete the taste profile. The result is a wonderful Louisiana sauce with more heat and flavor than your typical Frank's, Texas Pete, etc.
