Hot Honey

Hot honey is all the rage currently. Hoop Pole Creek have been tweaking their honey to guarantee perfect flavor with no crystallization. They refuse to add vinegar to keep the honey from crystallizing. Vinegar is what 99% of folks use to keep their honey from crystallization, and also to stretch their honey so they can make more out of it. They went a different route using nothing but the pepper and its own juices. What you get in every bottle is high quality pure raw honey, capsaicin oil, and ghost pepper juice. Vinegar belongs in hot sauce not in honey.
