Description
The hearty root of old-world kitchens. ‘Giant Prague’ celeriac forms large, knobby roots with ivory flesh and a mild celery flavor that deepens when roasted or pureed. The interior is creamy and aromatic, ideal for soups, stews, and gratins.
Plants grow 12–18 inches tall and require a long, cool growing season, maturing in about 120 days. Roots store exceptionally well through winter.
